SHIPPING POLICY
- We are currently shipping all over India.

- All orders are safely packed & dispatched via premium services like Blue Dart / fed dex / Xpress bee / Delivery express / shadow fex / speed post
- The standard delivery time for any order is 5-10 business days. Sundays & National holidays are not counted as business days.
- Standard Mumbai Shipping is 3-4 working days. Same Day Express Delivery at additional cost is also available for Mumbai.
- Standard Shipping is free all over India for orders Rs.1500/- & above.
- Shipping rate is flat Rs.80/- for lightweight orders, Rs. 100/- for medium weight orders & Rs. 150/- for heavy weight orders.

- Once the order is dispatched, customer will be notified about the order status & tracking link on SMS &email from time to time till the order is delivered.
- In case of return/replace, our delivery partners will pick the order from your place within 1-3 business days after the return/replace order is placed.
- We are unable to ship to certain pin codes. A customer can only place an order after verifying that the delivery pin code is in our serviceable area.
- We request you to accept the delivery personally. Upon unavailability, please co-ordinate with the delivery team.
- We recommend you not to accept the delivery of the package is tempered or broken.
- If the products received are damaged or broken, or the order has missing products, please do not open the sealed pack and share the images of the products on our email address help@worldofooeema.com . All the damaged or broken products shall be replaced with the new one made within 7 days of delivery.
- After 3 days of delivery, Ooee Ma! is not liable for any claims related to damages or incomplete delivery. If there is any concern related to the product the respective product has to be courier back to us at the address A-2002 garden Estates C.h.S, Goregaon west, Mumbai 400104, Maharashtra, where the courier charges will be borne by the client where Ooee Ma! is not liable to pay the courier charges.
Return & Refund Policy
We at Ooee Ma! hope you will love our products as much as we do. But in case you wish to return the product, please reach out to us. We offer refunds / replacements only in following cases:
- You received a wrong shipment
- You received a damaged product
In any of the above case, please raise a return/ replacement request within 3 (Three) days from the date of delivery. To raise a return / refund request in such cases, please drop us an email at help@worldofooeema.com
- Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with
- Please note the shipping charge where applicable will not be refunded
No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 3 days from the time of delivery of the product.
Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick the order from your doorstep. Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the same. If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund within 5-7 working days.
Cancellation:
After placing an order, customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as “pending” under Order History. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 6 Hours of placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch on our email id worldofooeema@gmail.com by giving your Order Number.
Cancellation of order within 6 hours is without penalty, except the 4% Bank Charges.
